Copyright and takedown

Last updated 16 October 2026

We respect other people's rights and expect the same. If you believe something in Brickhaven World or on brickhaven.world infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, tell us and we will look into it promptly.

How to send a notice

Email [email protected] with:

• your name, address, phone number and email;
• the work or right you say is infringed;
• where it is in the game or on the site (a page address, a place in the city, a screenshot), with enough detail for us to find it;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them;
• your physical or electronic signature.

We aim to answer within 10 working days. We may remove or change the material while we look into it.

Counter-notices

If something of yours was removed and you believe it was a mistake, write to the same address with the details above and why you believe the material was removed in error.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe other people's rights.

Our own work

The game, its city, its models and its code are ours. To report a copy of them elsewhere, write to the same address.
