You can delete your Brickhaven World account at any time. Deleting it removes your account, your sign-in, your saved game and your play stats from our servers. It cannot be undone.
From the game
- Open the game and sign in.
- On the title screen, press Account (top left).
- Press Delete my account and confirm. With a password account, type your password. With a Google account, you may be asked to sign in again first.
By email
If you cannot sign in, write to [email protected] from the email address of the account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm before we do.
What is deleted
- Your account and email address, your password hash and your Google sign-in link.
- Your saved game and your play stats.
- The copy of your progress and your session on the device you deleted from. On your other devices, clear the site's data in the browser, or it is ignored the next time you sign in with another account.
Technical logs expire within 30 days, and copies in our providers' backups expire on their normal schedule.
