Terms of Service

Last updated 16 October 2026

These terms apply to brickhaven.world and to Brickhaven World, the game you play there (together, "the game"). By creating an account or playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Who we are

Brickhaven World is a product of BrickLab (bricklab.tech), an independent project. You can reach us at [email protected]. See Contact.

2. Your account

  • You need an account to play: an email address you have confirmed, or a Google account.
  • You must be at least 13 to make an account. If you are under the age of digital consent where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. See Children.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
  • One person per account. Do not create accounts for other people, in bulk or with automated tools.

3. What you may do

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game in your web browser, for your own non-commercial enjoyment, on any of your devices. You may share screenshots and videos of your own play, as long as you do not suggest that we endorse you.

4. What you may not do

Unless we agree in writing, you may not:

  • copy, download, extract, decrypt, resell, publish or redistribute the game, its city, its models, its code or its data, in their original form or converted to another format;
  • get around, disable or reverse-engineer the game's sign-in, encryption or other protection, or build or share tools that do;
  • use robots, scrapers, scripts or bulk requests against the game or its servers, or go beyond their rate limits;
  • use the game's content to train or test machine-learning systems, or to build a competing game or service;
  • break the Community rules.

5. Who owns the game

The game, its city, its buildings, its vehicles, its figure, its code and its look are protected by law, and we (or the people who licensed them to us) own them. Playing gives you the licence in section 3 and nothing more. Some material belongs to others and is used under its own licence: see Credits.

6. Your progress

We keep your saved game on our servers so you can play on any device. We do our best to keep it safe, but we cannot promise that progress will never be lost or that the game will always be available. In-game studs, items and progress have no money value and cannot be sold or exchanged.

7. Copyright complaints

If you think something in the game infringes your rights, follow the steps on Copyright and takedown.

8. Ending

You can stop playing at any time and delete your account: see Delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we may change or stop the game.

9. No warranty, and limits

To the extent the law allows, the game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. If a change is important, we will tell you in the game or by email before it applies. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Other policies

These terms include the Privacy Policy, the Cookie and storage notice and the Community rules.
